CALI-POKE, Dubai Media City

«CALI-POKE» started in California, grew stronger in Hawaii, and made its way to Dubai Media City. The format is simple and clear: poke bowls with fresh salmon or ahi tuna, white or brown rice, and a salad base with ginger dressing. The chain's chefs brought their love of West Coast cuisine from California and came up with poke tacos — a signature dish you won't find in classic Hawaiian spots. Menu highlights include the "True Californian" with imported salmon, diced avocado, and the signature CALI dressing, as well as the three-time award-winning "Sushi Lovers 1.0" for raw fish lovers: salmon, tuna, and ebi shrimp on a salad base with a mild homemade sauce. There's also the "True Hawaiian" with crushed nori, shiso, tuna, and avocado. You can pair your meal with the classic CALI coconut drink. A separate category is the organic acai bowls: the "Banana Split Acai" with banana, peanut butter, berries, and chia seeds; the "Very Berry Acai Bowl" with banana, berries, and baked granola; and the "Bumble Bee Bowl" with dark chocolate, mango, blueberries, and almond flakes.
