The restaurant carries on the legacy of Ersan Yılmaz, an eighth-generation fish trader who began learning the craft on the docks of Trabzon at the age of nine. The family tradition dates back more than 200 years, and every dish here is built on time-tested recipes. The restaurant is featured in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2025 and won the TimeOut Awards for Best Seafood Restaurant in Dubai 2024. The menu features fresh catch displayed in a live fish counter, including the signature Bordomavi Prawn Salad and Blue Fin Tuna Taco. The kitchen combines traditional Black Sea recipes with the modern presentation typical of Dubai's dining scene. The restaurant is open until 11:30 pm and offers a business lunch for those who want to try the cuisine during the day.
