Bentoya

«Bentoya» has been operating in Dubai since 1997 and is considered the city's first authentic Japanese restaurant. It has remained a family business since its founding, and the main principle here is simple — cook with fresh ingredients and keep prices affordable for everyone. The menu is built around the classics of Japanese cuisine: maki and sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, donburi and rice bowls, curry with rice, fried rice, ramen, and yaki soba and udon noodles. There are also hot dishes, sushi set platters, soups, salads, and desserts with drinks — guests can put together a full lunch or dinner from the different menu categories. The restaurant is located in the Al Kawakeb Building on Sheikh Zayed Road, block D. The format is flexible: «Bentoya» is growing a network of six locations across the city — from intimate dine-in spaces to food court counters and fast delivery, making Japanese cuisine accessible across different areas of Dubai.
