«Batoni Restaurant» introduces Dubai guests to Georgian cuisine in the Dubai Creek Harbour area, behind The Grand building. The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to midnight, with food orders from the menu available from 11:00 to 23:00. Here they prepare khachapuri, khinkali, shashlik, cold and hot appetizers, salads, soups, and desserts — all according to traditional Georgian recipes brought by chefs from different regions of Georgia. The restaurant has two real tandoors, in which fresh bread is baked every morning and meat is prepared to order. The kitchen is open, so guests can see the entire cooking process. The interior is done in calm, monochrome tones using natural materials — clay, wood, and copper. The tables are handmade, and the large stained-glass windows open up, creating a sense of unity with the surrounding environment.
