«1762» is a gourmet deli in Dubai, located in the ONE JLT building in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The venue combines a café with a catering business, so the menu is built around daily offers. Each day of the week has its own set of dishes: Monday opens with chicken noodle soup, a quiche with roasted red pepper, spinach and feta, a Mexican fajita sandwich, and salads — chicken couscous, green mix, raspberry, and bean. On Tuesdays, guests are offered separate salads of the day — chicken Caesar, vegetarian bella, grilled halloumi salad with asparagus and quinoa, Greek salad with farro, pear and nut salad, and tom pom salad. On Wednesday the menu features the 1762 Down Under Steak sandwich, lemon-lentil soup, a salmon quiche with broccoli and chives, the hot dish of the day — Italian meatballs — as well as chicken and couscous salad and an Asian gaba salad with three types of rice. Besides the daily sets, «1762» has permanent menu sections: a deli menu, a bakery menu, a sourdough flatbread menu, and family-style dishes. The venue also handles catering and event organization, offering a separate catering menu for events.
