«Satsivi» at Ulitsa Engelsa, 42B was opened by the creators of «Staryy Erevan», a well-known Armenian restaurant in Chelyabinsk. Looking to broaden their range of flavors, they turned to Georgia, with its warm hospitality and generous feasting traditions. This gave rise to a new venture — a Georgian restaurant built around khinkali. Here you can order khinkali to go — fried and boiled, as well as an assortment for those who can't choose just one kind. For home cooking, they also offer their own frozen khinkali in packs of 5. The menu includes shashlik, classic lyulya-kebab and lyulya-kebab in burum (lamb caul fat), hot and cold appetizers, soups, salads, baked goods and desserts. Sauces and side dishes are listed separately, along with marinated meat for those who want to grill their own shashlik. The average check at the restaurant ranges from 400 to 1400 rubles. The venue is open daily: Sunday through Thursday from 12:00 to 23:00, and Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to midnight. In addition to dining in, «Satsivi» offers food delivery throughout Chelyabinsk.
