«Redactor» is located in the Central district of Chelyabinsk, at 36 Sovetskaya Street. The restaurant was opened by Tatyana Zaslavskaya, a restaurateur who was previously among the founders of Bad Gastein, which closed in 2013. The new project turned out more casual in spirit, but the setting is kept in the same well-thought-out style. The menu combines European and Russian cuisine: dumplings, pies, and more elaborate dishes are prepared here thoroughly, with attention to detail. Simple items like sandwiches aren't treated as an afterthought in the kitchen — the approach to them is just as careful as to the more complex recipes. The average check at «Redactor» is 1600–2800 ₽. The price is above the city average, but it matches the quality of presentation and taste of the dishes.
