Maksimilians

«Maksimilians» in Chelyabinsk is a Bavarian club-style restaurant and brewery located at 183 Truda Street. The restaurant brews its own draft beer on site: an unfiltered Lager made with premium caramel and barley malt, a filtered Lager with a soft, distinctive taste after double filtration, and a wheat Weizen with a delicate flavor and mild hop bitterness. The kitchen is built on Bavarian traditions with elements of European and Russian cuisine. The menu includes pork knuckle, German sausages, and side dishes of sauerkraut and potatoes in various forms. Business lunches are served every day: a choice of 12 sets consisting of a main course and a salad, served with bread and black or green tea or lemonade. Soup and dessert can be ordered separately.
