"Saturdays at Eat Market". A new corner: Indian kitchen "Curry and Grill". Part two

Read part one.

Carrying on: rogan josh (700 ₽), lamb in curry with ginger and saffron: an excellent sauce in consistency and spice, and remarkable lamb. I wanted a little more salt, and with it a little more expressiveness overall.

Goan prawn curry combo (990 ₽). An onion sauce with cashew drapes the prawns and escorts them! The traditional set: rice, a sharply dressed salad, and a flatbread — excellent, alive. Four prawns. Perhaps in a 1,000 ₽ dish there could be five? But tasty, tasty.

Channa masala combo (790 ₽). I had to try something with chickpeas too: excellently cooked, a curry classic, and here that was expected! The set looks the same, except the salad seems entirely undressed — that is my only complaint.

Dosa masala (490 ₽): a flatbread made in front of you — get your equipment out, the light is good too! In winter you also warm up beside the tandoor; cooking takes about three minutes, your film should be enough! Crisp, thin, not empty in flavour, lentil-and-rice — the batter has that "rice" colour to begin with. There is a filled version, which I recommend, but there is also the plain one: taking that first is a fair idea, to feel the unique flavour itself. The accompaniments are three sauces, varied: a hot lentil one at an honest one and a half flames — but against the flatbread straight off the heat, the two cold ones are excellent too (I know neither their names nor their composition). The white one looks like grated horseradish, but only looks; the second reminded me somehow of that homogeneous "overseas caviar" made of aubergine. Unique! A reason to come.

They promised to expand the curry section, and I would set it apart on the menu, since the sign already all but announces three clear sections: curry, grill and everything else. Ordering would be simpler too. But you can order right now.
