From the moment we walked in, both of them were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Islam greeted us with a big smile and helped us get settled comfortably, while Ahmed Rajab was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu — his recommendations were spot on. They worked together seamlessly, making the whole experience smooth, friendly, and enjoyable. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about the customer experience the way Islam and Ahmed do. They made us feel valued and well taken care of.
